Empowering and Mentoring Youth.
At Community Reimagined, LLC, we believe in the power of knowledge and collective effort. Our work focuses on positive youth development through education, civics, and history. Co-Founders Aaron Lavender and Stephanie Kasprzak have authored children's books that highlight the power of community service and civic engagement. The two take these messages into elementary schools, teaching youth the importance of voting and giving back to their community. "The greatest gift we can give is to help others," says Lavender.

Community Reimagined LLC brings people and partners together to improve our neighborhoods and support everyone in it. Whatever the need, we match people with partners to positively impact lives. This includes fundraisers, events, and community initiatives for the people and by the people. By fostering personal growth and community engagement, we bring people and partners together to become more effective leaders and change-makers within their neighborhoods. This personalized approach ensures that our community and the people within it are well-equipped to contribute to the overall well-being of Monroe, Michigan.
The "Community Network" was initiated during the global pandemic in 2021, helping people in the Orchard East neighborhood access free internet for working and schooling at home. More than 700 households have benefited from this community initiative.

Neighborhood revitalization is at the core of our mission. We work collaboratively with local stakeholders to transform communities into vibrant, thriving spaces. Our approach is focused on the Orchard East neighborhood and includes assessing community needs, future-forward planning, and implementing initiatives that promote sustainable development. From organizing clean-up drives to advocating for community and housing initiatives to promoting entrepreneurship, our efforts are geared towards creating safe, attractive, and inclusive neighborhoods. By fostering a sense of pride and ownership, we encourage residents to actively participate in maintaining the vitality of their surroundings.
